Terms of Service By accessing and using the services provided by Slippery When Wet Rentals, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms are legally binding, and it is important that you read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our service. #### Eligibility To rent a jet ski from Slippery When Wet Rentals you agree to present a boaters safety course certifiacte if born after 1985 or assume own risk with law enforecement. All users must adhere strictly to the regulations and safety instructions provided by our staff during the rental process. #### Reservations and Cancellations Reservations are encouraged to ensure availability of our jet skis. A deposit is required to secure your booking, which can be refunded if cancellations are made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled rental time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a fee equal to the full deposit amount. #### Rental Agreement and Usage Upon arriving for your rental, you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement outlining all terms and conditions specific to the use of jet skis. You acknowledge and agree that operating a jet ski involves inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for any damages or injuries arising from your use or misuse of our equipment. You refuse the right to sue Slippery When Wet Rentals for any damages or injuries from your use regarldess of who was at fault.  It is imperative that you follow all local maritime laws and regulations while operating our vehicles. #### Liability and Damages Slippery When Wet Rentals cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during your rental period,  Customers are solely responsible for any damage caused to rented equipment or third-party property due to negligence or improper usage. By proceeding with this agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all provisions outlined in these Terms of Service. Slippery When Wet Rentals reserves the right to revise these terms without prior notice.
